Getting started

1. Sign in to your account

Visit /account/login and enter the email you used for purchase. You'll get a magic-link in your inbox. No password to remember.

2. Download the installer

Your account dashboard at /account links to the latest installer. The download is a signed S3 URL valid for 10 minutes; if it expires, just refresh the page to get a new one.

3. Run the installer + paste your license key

Unzip the installer, run Game Demon.exe. On first launch, paste the license key from your purchase email. Game Demon binds to your hardware fingerprint at activation.

4. Open CS2, play a match

Game Demon detects CS2 via the public GSI stream. It does not read game memory and does not inject. VAC-safe by design since day one.

The four personas

Demon

Ruthless, cutting, never flatters. Hand-tuned voice and verdict structure that doesn't show up in stock LLM output. The persona-as-moat.

Analyst

Numbers-first. Cites your economy, your utility spend, your trade patterns. Best for understanding the why behind a loss.

Veteran

Old-school, calm, pattern-aware. Speaks from a decade of ranks seen. The coach you'd want across the table.

Savant

Deep-pattern reader. Sees things in your game you never noticed. The one that surprises you.

Settings

Switch personas, adjust overlay position + text scale, configure your post-match Reckoning slot grid (V1.1 feature), connect Leetify for richer stats. Everything is in the in-app Settings panel.

Cloud connection

Game Demon's coach runs on a secure cloud LLM (Groq Llama 3.3 70B with DeepInfra fallback). An active internet connection is required. There is no local-only mode — see Settings → Cloud Connection & API Status for the live connection check.

Troubleshooting

Coach doesn't fire during matches

Confirm CS2 is launched. Check that Game Demon shows "GSI connected" in the status bar. If not, restart CS2 with Game Demon already running. Also confirm the Cloud Connection panel in Settings shows CONNECTED — coaching cannot run while the cloud proxy is unreachable.

Out of cloud tokens

To restore coaching, wait for next month's auto-refresh (Base: 100 tokens, Pro: 1,500 tokens) or upgrade your tier from /account.

Need to reinstall on a new machine

Revoke the existing hardware binding from /account, then activate on the new machine.
